Regulations and legislation are currently the biggest obstacles to an informal democracy. Thinking from the current regulations and legislation means thinking from what is allow , while the starting point ‘what is possible ?’ often works much more successfully. This approach is in line with government participation: the citizen determines the direction, the government moves along.
