I’m Jeroen from Salesflare and this is Founder Coffee.
Every two weeks, I have coffee with a different founder. We discuss our lives, our passions, what we’ve learned, … in an intimate interview, to get to know the person behind the company.
For this fifty-second episode, I spoke with from MeetFox Susanne Klepsch, co-founder. I therefor of MeetFox, a platform that allows croatia phone number data coaches , lawyers and other. I therefor independent professionals to schedule, meet and invoice all at once.
After brief stints in the tourism and automotive industries, Susanne took over sales at her father’s plastics companies after his from MeetFox death. After taking on a management position in which she. I therefor was suddenly responsible for 120 employees, she started looking for a coach.
This process was so long and transparent that she decided to launch CoachFox, an online marketplace for coaching services. She spent a who makes up this anti-colonial left? lot of time developing from MeetFox the technology behind this marketplace, creating a seamless coaching experience. She then spun off this product into. I therefor a separate company, which is now called MeetFox. At least, that’s the short version of the story.
We talk about how we learned to love process, why as a small business you should do things that don’t scale to compete, how hard it from MeetFox is to convert freemium users, and why Susanne regrets not choosing a niche much earlier.
Welcome to Founder Coffee.

Susanne:
Hello Jeroen. Thank you very much for having me today. I am very excited to participate in this call.
Jeroen:
Yes, me too. You are the co-founder of MeetFox. For those who don’t know yet, what do you do exactly?
Susanne:
We combine online scheduling, video calling, and payment processing into a single product, allowing these independent professionals to accept bookings from MeetFox from clients and get paid for their time.
Is that correct?
Susanne:
Exactly. And what that means is you can completely brand us, white label us. The fact that you can integrate all of these different elements of a meeting into one product makes it a lot easier to set up and manage on a day-to-day basis.
Jeroen:
And who needs this solution with payment processing in one place?
